Hitachi Consulting Software Services India extends paid maternity leave from 3 to 6 months; offers post maternity benefits

Hyderabad, 11 July 2016: Hitachi Consulting Software Services India Pvt. Ltd. in India announces an extension of their paid maternity leave period from 3 months to 6 months. As a step forward, the organization also includes the new born baby into the company’s medical insurance policy right from birth. As a mark of commitment to support women employees through this critical life-stage, Hitachi Consulting Software Services India has also put together a host of post maternity policies that include Flexible Work Hours with exclusive shift allowances and work from home options.
